Originally built in the early 90s, the excessive and irregular partitioning on plan made it difficult to maximize the 96 sqm of space.
An oak wood “ribbon” that stands above the aseptic horizontal planes is placed all along the perimeter in order to gather all the servant spaces, as well as to enable a central 55 sqm area for dining, living and cooking.
